The lower North Shore’s much loved Emerge Festival returns in September, showcasing a fabulous program of events for the whole family - from the new and exciting, to many popular annual events.

It is a celebration of new talent, culture and community.

Emerge is a collaboration between Willoughby City Council, professional performers, artists, organisations and local community groups.

Willoughby Council runs a grants program, to support event organisers run events as part of the festival. The next round of grants opens early 2019.
