Willoughby City Council’s Pet Festival that will come alive with activities for pets and their human companions on Saturday, September 21 at OH Reid Oval, Chatswood West from 10am to 3pm.

The Festival invites pet owners, wannabe owners and anyone who loves animals to celebrate all creatures great and small. From doggy fashion parades to games, there’s plenty to do with your furry friend.

Join us to celebrate the value of companion animals and learn more about responsible pet care. The Pet Festival includes:

  • 101 Dalmatians jumping castle
  • Doggy fashion parade
  • Free caricatures of pets and their humans to take home
  • Pet ambulance demonstration
  • Talks by vets and experts on the best pet care, nutrition and behavioural problems
  • Large off-lead area for socialising
  • International food market for the humans

Don’t have a pet? No worries! Simply enjoy a day out surrounded by animals.

The second annual ‘Archipaws’ Pet Portrait competition saw 136 paintings, illustrations, drawings and photographs of treasured pets entered throughout July, with the top 20 artworks transformed into flags in the Chatswood CBD to promote the Pet Festival 2019. The overall winner will be announced at Pet Festival.
