The festivities will kick off with a 'Welcome to Country' by Auntie Jean Moran, followed by the upbeat sounds of a 1920s swing band, transporting attendees back to the era when the Baths first opened. In keeping with the birthday theme, a special cake-cutting ceremony will feature a grand custom Northbridge Baths birthday cake and a delightful selection of cupcakes for everyone to enjoy.

A highlight of the afternoon will be the speeches, with the Mayor offering reflections on the Baths' rich history and enduring significance to the community. For those looking to make a splash, the event will also feature water activities and swimming competitions, perfect for all ages and skill levels.

Children and the young at heart can try their luck in the 'Catch a duck' game, with an array of prizes up for grabs. The event will also showcase stalls from various local community groups, providing a unique opportunity to engage with the vibrant Northbridge community.

Fitness enthusiasts can participate in stretching classes led by Studio Pilates Northbridge or be amazed by the Northbridge Knockouts skipping performance, while those interested in environmental issues can learn from guest speakers and explore Willoughby Bushland’s informative stall and display. The 1st Sailors Bay Sea Scouts will be on hand to satisfy appetites with a traditional sausage sizzle, a beloved staple of community events.

Adding to the day's festivities, a special display will chronicle the 100-year history of the Northbridge Baths, offering a fascinating look at its evolution and role in the community. This centenary celebration promises to be a memorable occasion, bringing together residents and visitors alike to honour a cherished local treasure.

Attendees are encouraged to take public transport or park in nearby streets and take a free shuttle bus that will loop between the Baths and Northbridge Plaza. The top of Widgiewa Road will be closed for local traffic, accessibility drop off and the shuttle bus only to avoid congestion of vehicles.
